I have long-term work experience in international companies in the area of financial control and auditing.

My key responsibilities were:

  • financial controlling
  • head accountant and group reporting responsibilities over the group entity (Finland) and holding company (Denmark)
  • transfer price control
  • intercompany profit calculations
  • product unit cost control
  • preparing annual statutory financial statements (including cooperating with auditors)
  • reorganizing financial processes for different countries.

I have been involved in founding a Northern European financial shared service center in Estonia since 2014.

Prior to that, I was an auditor at KPMG (is one of the world’s largest networks of professional services firms, with around 145,000 people in over 152 countries providing audit, tax, and advisory services), where I was involved in several due diligence and forensic engagements.

I have been a certified public accountant since 2015.
